Zu Unterpositionen 0102 39 90: Hierher gehören Rinder der Gattung Syncerus und Bison, ausgenommen jedoch reinrassige Zuchttiere (Unterposition 0102 31 00). Zu Unterpositionen 0102 90 91: Hierher gehören alle Rinder der oben nicht erfassten Arten, die Haustiere sind, gleichgültig für welche Zwecke sie bestimmt sind (zur Nutzung, Aufzucht, Mast, Zucht, Schlachtung usw.), ausgenommen jedoch reinrassige Zuchttiere (Unterposition 0102 90 20).
