B. durch Zusatz von Salz oder chemischen Konservierungsstoffen haltbar gemachte flüssige Volleier und gefrorene Volleier. Hierher gehören auch in Wasser oder Dampf gekochte Eier sowie geformte Eier (z. B. sog. ‘lange’ Eier von zylindrischer Form, die aus einem Gemenge von mehreren Eigelb und Eiweiß her-gestellt sind). Hierher gehören pasteurisierte flüssige Vogeleier, deren organoleptische Eigenschaften mit denen frischer Vogeleier vergleichbar sind, auch solche, die geringe Mengen an zugesetztem Wasser und chemischen Konservierungsstoffen (z.
