L 132/3), geändert durch Durchführungsverordnung (EU) Nr. 441/2013 der Kommission vom 7. Mai 2013 (ABl. EU Nr. L 130) (RV L 441/13): Weiße geschälte und enthäutete Erdnüsse (blanchierte Erdnüsse). Die geschälten Erdnüsse werden blanchiert, indem sie einen Gasofen mit vier Erhitzungszonen passieren; darin werden die Kerne durch Besprühen mit 88 - 93 °C heißem Wasserdampf gedämpft, bevor sie durch zwei Kühlzonen geleitet werden. Aufgrund des stufenweisen Erhitzens quellen die Kerne auf, so dass sich die rötliche Haut ablöst. Die Haut wird anschließend auf mechanischem Weg entfernt. Die Erdnüsse, die keine weitere Veränderung als das Entfernen der Samenhaut erfahren haben, werden lose oder in „big bags“ von etwa 1 000 kg gestellt. …
