Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Zu dieser Position gehören Ölkuchen und andere feste Rückstände von der Gewinnung von Sojaöl durch Pressen, durch Ausziehen mit Lösungsmitteln oder durch Zentrifugieren. Diese Rückstände bilden ein wertvolles Tierfutter. Hierher gehört auch nichttexturiertes, entfettetes Sojabohnenmehl zur Verwendung für die menschliche Ernährung. Die Rückstände dieser Position können in Form von Kuchen, Schrot oder Pellets (siehe „Allgemeines“ der Erläuterungen zu diesem Kapitel) vorliegen. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören: a) Öldraß (Pos. 1522). b) Eiweißkonzentrate, aus entfettetem Sojamehl durch Entzug bestimmter Bestandteile gewonnen und als Zusatz für Lebensmittelzubereitungen bestimmt, und texturiertes Sojabohnenmehl (Pos. 2106).
