Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Zu dieser Position gehören Pulver aus Aluminium, wie sie durch Anmerkung 8 b) zu Abschnitt XV definiert werden, und Flitter aus Aluminium. Diese Erzeugnisse entsprechen im Allgemeinen denen aus Kupfer, daher gelten die Erläuterungen zu Pos. 7406 sinngemäß für diese Position. Jedoch werden Pulver und Flitter aus Aluminium auch in der Pyrotechnik, in der Aluminothermie, zum Schutz anderer Metalle durch metallische Zementation (Alitieren), in Raketenantrieben und als Zusatzmittel für Zellbeton verwendet. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören: a) Pulver und Flitter, aus Aluminium, die zubereitete Farben sind, z. B. solche, die Farbstoffen beigemengt sind oder in Suspensionen, Dispersionen oder Pasten mit einem Binde- oder Lösemittel aufgemacht sind (Kap. 32). b) Pellets aus Aluminium (Pos. 7601). c) Zugeschnittener Flitter aus Aluminium (Pos. 8308).

Zu Unterposition 7603 10: 1. Pulver, nicht gesintert, aus Aluminiumkörnern, die mit Aluminiumoxid überzogen sind, mit einem Gehalt an Aluminiumoxid von 7 bis 14 %.
