Whisky, dem Sodawasser zugefügt ist (Whisky-Soda), ist von diesen Unterpositionen ausgenommen und gehört zu Unterposition 2208 90 69 oder 2208 90 78. Zu Unterposition 2208 30 30 ‚Single Malt Scotch‘ Whisky ist ein alkoholhaltiges Getränk, das in klassischen Brennblasen (Pot Still) in einer einzelnen Brennerei durch Destillieren aus einer vergorenen Maische aus ausschließlich gemälzter Gerste hergestellt wird.
