Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Die am meisten zu Ernährungszwecken verwendeten Schalen von Zitrusfrüchten sind Orangenschalen (auch von Bitterorangen), Zitronenschalen und Schalen der Zedratfrucht. Sie werden hauptsächlich zum Herstellen von Sukkade verwendet. Auch werden aus ihnen ätherische Öle gewonnen. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören gemahlene Fruchtschalen (Position 1106) und kandierte Fruchtschalen (Position 2006).
