Danach gehören hierher Sorghum-Arten wie caffrorum, cernuum, durra und nervosum. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören Futter-Sorghum (zum Gewinnen von Heu oder für die Silage), wie die Art halepense, Gras-Sorghum (ein Weidegras), wie die Art sudanensis, oder Zucker-Sorghum (hauptsächlich verwendet zum Gewinnen von Sirup oder Melassen), wie die Art saccharatum. Wenn sie als Saatgut gestellt werden, gehören diese Erzeugnisse zu Position 1209. Anderenfalls sind Futter-Sorghum und Gras-Sorghum in die Position 1214 und Zucker-Sorghum in die Position 1212 einzureihen. Zu Unterposition 1007 10 10: Der Nachweis, dass es sich um Hybridsorghum zur Aussaat handelt, ist vom Zollbeteiligten durch geeignete Unterlagen zu führen, z. B. durch ein Untersuchungsattest einer der Internationalen Vereinigung für Saatgutprüfung (I. S. T. A.) angeschlossenen Samenprüfstelle des Lieferlandes (orangefarben) oder des Empfängerlandes (grün). Die Zugehörigkeit der Prüfstelle zu dieser Vereinigung geht aus dem Attest selbst hervor.
