Hierher gehören auch andere Arten von Magnesia (Magnesiumoxid), gewonnen aus natürlichem Magnesiumcarbonat, aus basischem Magnesiumcarbonat, aus Magnesiumhydroxid, das aus Meerwasser ausgefällt wurde, usw. Die wichtigsten Arten sind folgende: 1) Durch Schmelzen gewonnene Magnesia. Sie ist im allgemeinen farblos, kann jedoch auch leicht gelblich oder grünlich gefärbt sein. Sie ist weniger löslich als die anderen Magnesia-Arten und wird z.
