Zu Unterpositionen 2713 90 10 und 2713 90 90: Hierher gehören die in den Erläuterungen zu Position 2713 des HS, Buchstabe C, beschriebenen Erzeugnisse. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die aromatischen Extrakte dieser Unterposition (siehe die Erläuterungen zu Position 2713 des HS, Buchstabe C Ziffer 1) im Allgemeinen folgende Bedingungen erfüllen: 1. ihr Gehalt an aromatischen Bestandteilen, ermittelt nach der Methode in Anhang A der Erläuterungen zu Kapitel 27, beträgt mehr als 80 GHT, 2. ihre Dichte bei 15º C nach EN ISO 12185 ist größer als 0,950 g/cm3 und 3. bei ihrer Destillation nach EN ISO 3405 (entspricht ASTM D 86) gehen bis 300º C nicht mehr als 20 RHT über. Alkylbenzole und Alkylnaphthaline z. B., die die vorstehenden Bedingungen gleichfalls erfüllen, gehören zu Position 3817.

Zu Kapitel 27 gehören nicht: a) isolierte chemisch einheitliche organische Verbindungen; chemisch reines Methan und Propan gehören jedoch zu Position 2711 (RV E2701A00); b) Arzneiwaren der Position 3003 oder 3004 (RV E2701B00); c) Mischungen ungesättigter Kohlenwasserstoffe der Position 3301, 3302 oder 3805 (RV E2701C00). 2.
