Hierher gehören auch die „normalen“ Sera, Plasma, Fibrinogen, Fibrin sowie, sofern es zu therapeutischen oder prophylaktischen Zwecken zubereitet ist, Blutalbumin (z. B. als Fraktion des menschlichen Blutplasmas gewonnenes Albumin). Nicht zu therapeutischen oder prophylaktischen Zwecken zubereitetes Blutalbumin (Position 3502) gehört demnach nicht hierher (Anmerkung 1 h) zu Kapitel 30). Nicht hierher gehören als Reagenzien verwendete Sera zum Bestimmen der Blutgruppen oder Blutfaktoren (Position 3006).
