Ihr Proteingehalt wird berechnet, indem man den Stickstoffgehalt mit dem Faktor 6,38 multipliziert. Konzentrate aus Milcheiweiß mit einem Proteingehalt, bezogen auf den Trockenstoff, von nicht mehr als 85 GHT gehören zu Unterposition 0404 90.
