Holzkohlestücke, getränkt mit einer wachsartigen Kohlenwasserstoffverbindung in einer Größenordnung von 25 % des Gesamtgewichts Und 2. Kohlebriketts, mit Hilfe eines Bindemittels agglomeriert, Natriumnitrat enthaltend. Diese Waren werden als Brennstoff beim Grillen verwendet und sind in Säcken von 2 bis 10 kg abgepackt. Kapitel 36

1. Zu Kapitel 36 gehören nicht isolierte chemisch einheitliche Verbindungen, ausgenommen die in der nachstehenden Anmerkung 2 Buchstabe a) oder b) aufgeführten Erzeugnisse (RV E3601000). 2. Als „Waren aus leicht entzündlichen Stoffen“ im Sinne der Position 3606 gelten ausschließlich: a) Metaldehyd, Hexamethylentetramin und ähnliche Erzeugnisse in Tabletten, Stäbchen oder ähnlichen Formen, aus denen sich ihre Verwendung als Brennstoff ergibt; Brennstoffe auf der Grundlage von Alkohol und ähnliche zubereitete Brennstoffe, fest oder pastenförmig (RV E3602A00); b) flüssige Brennstoffe und brennbare Flüssiggase, in Behältnissen von der zum Auffüllen oder Wiederauffüllen von Feuerzeugen oder Anzündern verwendeten Art mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 300 cm3 oder weniger (RV E3602B00); c) Pech- und Harzfackeln, Kohlenanzünder und ähnliche Erzeugnisse (RV E3602C00).
