Nach einer aktuellen Abbildung stellt sich die Ware folgendermaßen dar: Schwarze Matte aus Polyvinylchlorid. Die Matte besteht aus Zellkunststoff und ist mit einem Gewirke in der Mitte verstärkt. Die Matte ist auf einer Seite mit einem Prägemuster versehen. Nach der Aufmachung wird die Matte überwiegend im Kofferraum von PKW verwendet. Befund: Die Ware ist als andere Folie aus Zellkunststoff (hier Polyvinylchlorid) einzureihen.
Angaben des Antragstellers: Folie aus beidseitig mit Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) beschichtetem Polyestergewebe. Die Folie ist lediglich rechteckig zugeschnitten, nicht weitergehend bearbeitet oder konfektioniert und wird in Rollen (50-500 m) mit einer Breite von 140 cm gehandelt. Ergebnis der Untersuchung an einem Warenmuster: Folie aus einem Gewebe, beidseitig vollständig mit einem grauen bzw. weißen, zelligen Kunststoff beschichtet (eine Seite sehr dünn beschichtet). Befund: Es liegt ein mit Spinnstoffgewebe verstärkte Zellkunststofffolie vor.
