Hierher gehören auch Platten, Blätter und Streifen aus nichtvulkanisiertem Kautschuk, nicht zugeschnitten oder nur auf quadratische oder rechteckige Form geschnitten, die auf einer Seite mit einer Schicht aus Klebstoff bedeckt sind. Das Aufbringen des Klebstoffes gilt als eine einfache Oberflächenbearbeitung im Sinne der Anmerkung 9 zu Kapitel 40. Diese Einreihung ändert sich nicht, wenn auf der Klebeschicht zum Schutz ein Blatt oder ein Band aus Papier, Spinnstoff oder anderen Stoffen angebracht ist.
