Es handelt sich um einen gelochten, rechteckigen Zuschnitt aus Pappe (Abmessungen: etwa 11 cm x 6 cm). Der Zuschnitt ist auf der Vorderseite u.a. mit dem Logo und der Internetadresse eines Unternehmens bedruckt. Durch die Lochung des Zuschnitts ist eine Aufhängeschlaufe aus einem Spinnstoffrundgeflecht hindurchgezogen und geknotet. Das Erzeugnis soll als Hängeetikett der Kennzeichnung von verschiedenen Produkten (z.B. Kleidungsstücke) im Einzelhandel (nicht Gegenstand dieser vZTA) dienen und dazu an ihnen befestigt werden. Abbildung siehe Anlage. Derartige Waren gehören als "Etiketten aller Art aus Papier oder Pappe, bedruckt, nicht selbstklebend" zum TARIC-Code 4821 10 90 00, da es sich zolltarifrechtlich um eine aus verschiedenen Stoffen zusammengesetzte Ware handelt, deren wesentlicher Charakter nach der Bedeutung für die Verwendung durch den bedruckten Pappzuschnitt bestimmt wird.
Es handelt sich um ein etwa 4,0 x 5,0 cm großes Etikett aus weißem Kartonpapier mit abgerundeten Ecken, das einseitig mit vier schwarzen Schreiblinien und einer schwarzen Rahmenlinie bedruckt und am oberen Rand mit einer kreisrunden Lochung (Durchmesser etwa 3 mm) versehen ist. Das Erzeugnis wird zur Preis- und Warenauszeichnung verwendet. Abbildung siehe Anlage. 500 Etiketten sind in einem mit Produktinformationen bedruckten Pappkarton mit Aufhängevorrichtung mit Eurolochung verpackt.
