Baumwollgewebe in Leinwandbindung, mit einem Quadratmetergewicht von weniger als 100 g, in rechteckiger Form (320 cm x 110/112 cm), mit verschiedenen Mustern und Farben bedruckt, als Meterware, die lediglich von einem größeren Stück abgeschnitten wurde und aus der man durch einfaches Zerschneiden ein Paar „Khangas“, eine traditionelle Damentracht, erhält (die beiden „Khangas“ werden durch einen unverzierten Streifen voneinander getrennt). Die auf diese Weise hergestellten „Khangas“ können ohne weitere Bearbeitung als Kleid, Rock, Umhang usw. verwendet werden. Anwendung der Anmerkung 7 zu Abschnitt XI.
