Diese sehr unterschiedlichen Gewebe werden, entsprechend ihrer Eigenart, zum Herstellen von Bekleidung, Haushaltswäsche, Decken, Vorhängen oder anderen Waren zur Innenausstattung usw. verwendet. Nationale Entscheidungen und Hinweise (NEH) Bedrucktes Gewebe aus Baumwolle: Bedruckter gewebter Stoff (100 % Baumwolle), rechteckig (137 x 198 cm), mit Webkante (entlang zwei Warenseiten) und mit einer Falte (umgeschlagenen Seiten entlang der anderen zwei Warenseiten). Die umgeschlagenen Warenseiten sind aber nicht gesäumt. Die Ware ist in eine Plastikfolie verpackt und für den Gebrauch als Bettlaken bestimmt. Der Ausschuss für das Harmonisierte System hat auf der 38. Sitzung entschieden, dass derartige Waren nicht als konfektioniert im Sinne der Anmerkung 7 zum Abschnitt XI anzusehen und somit in Kapitel 52 einzureihen sind (HSC38, Dok. NC 1115, NC1123 H25).
