Zu Unterposition 6405 20: 1. Schuh mit einem Oberteil aus Spinnstoff und einer Laufsohle aus Kautschuk, die überwiegend mit Scherstaub bedeckt ist, wobei der Scherstaub teilweise in den Kautschuk eingebettet ist. Der Bereich der Laufsohle, der in Berührung mit dem Boden kommt besteht zu 52 % aus Spinnstoff und zu 48 % aus Kautschuk. Einreihung gemäß den Allgemeinen Vorschriften 1 und 6 und der Anmerkung 4 b) zu Kapitel 64. Zu Unterposition 6405 90: 1. Leichte Pantoffeln, deren Laufsohle und Oberteil aus zwei, an den Rändern zusammengenähten Zuschnitten von gefälteltem (gekrepptem) Kraftpapier bestehen. Diese Pantoffeln werden in Hotels, Krankenhäusern usw. getragen.

Hausschuhe mit einem Oberteil aus gewirktem Plüsch und mit einem den Knöchel bedeckenden gewirkten Bund aus Spinnstoff, mit einer in das vordere Oberteil angenähten Tierkopfverzierung aus dem gleichen Material des Oberteils (Affe).
