Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Zu dieser Position gehören hauptsächlich Hüte und andere Kopfbedeckungen, die aus Hutstumpen der Pos. 6502 durch die üblichen aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsgänge des Formens, Randformens und des Ausstattens hergestellt worden sind. Durch das Formen erhält der Hutstumpen die Hutform. Das Formen besteht im Normalfall hauptsächlich darin, dass der Hutkopf geformt wird, indem man dem Hutkopf die ovale Form des menschlichen Kopfes gibt und seine Öffnung auf die gewünschte Kopfweite bringt und gleichzeitig den Rand des Hutes herausarbeitet, wobei man den Übergang vom Hutkopf zum Hutrand endgültig ausprägt. Das Formen geschieht durch Pressen oder Bügeln über einer Form, meist werden die Hutstumpen vorher mit Gelatine, Gummen oder anderen Stoffen gesteift. …
