Conform descrierii solicitantului şi a fotografiei anexate, produsul reprezintă o tabletă din crom. Produsul are un diametru de cca. 7 cm şi o înălţime de cca. 3 cm. Are culoarea gri şi aspectul rugos. Tableta conţine crom (majoritar), fier şi alte elemente în urme. Se obţine prin comprimarea pulberii de crom în formă de tablete. Este utilizat ca element de aliere, la fabricarea aluminiului înalt aliat.

Zu Unterposition 8112 29: 1. Chrom-Aluminium Zylinder, bestehend aus verdichtetem Metallpulver und Tensid. Sie bestehen zu 75 bis 90% aus 99% reinem Chrompulver, zu 10 bis 25% aus reinem Aluminiumpulver, zu bis zu 1% aus einem Tensid in Form eines Ölkohlenwasserstoffs und bis zu 1% aus einem Flussmittel z.B. anorganischen Aluminiumsalzen, Kaliumfluoraluminate, Kaliumfluorsilikate oder Kaliumfluortitanate. Die Zylinder werden verwendet, um bestimmte Aluminiumlegierungen herzustellen, bei denen Chrom ein Legierungselement ist. Während der Herstellung der Legierungen werden die Zylinder in ein geschmolzenes Aluminiumbad gegeben, um die Bindung des Bestandteils Chrom an Aluminium herbeizuführen. Anwendung der Allgemeinen Vorschriften 1 und 6.
