THE GRIP/BRAKE PUMP IS A TANDEM GEAR PUMP WHICH USES A RELIEF VALVE TO LIMIT OUTPUT PRESSURE FROM EACH PUMP SECTION. THE RELISF VALVES HAVE VENTABLE PILOT LINES FITTED WITH BALL VALVES FOR DUMPING PRESSURE, WHILE STARTING AND STOPPING THE ELECTRIC MOTOR.
