1. Im Sinne dieses Kapitels bezeichnet der Ausdruck „unbemanntes Luftfahrzeug“ jedes Luftfahrzeug, außer jene der Position 8801, die dazu bestimmt sind, ohne einen Piloten an Bord geflogen zu werden.
