Laserdiodenmodul, bestehend aus einer fasergekoppelten Einzelemitter-Pumpdiode in einem Gehäuse (L x B x H = 30,48 x 12,45 x 9 mm) mit angeschlossenem Thermistor (temperaturabhängiger Widerstand) und Lichtwellenleiterkabel. Das Laserdiodenmodul hat eine Nennleistung von 3 Watt und eine Wellenlänge von 805,6 nm. Es wird als Pumplichtquelle für Festkörperlaser verwendet. Hierzu wird das erzeugte Laserlicht in den Lichtwellenleiter geleitet, um es dann zum eigentlichen Festkörperlaser zu führen.
