L’inclinaison de ce capteur à 45° permet de simuler la position d’une feuille et quantifie la quantité d’eau disponible sur le feuillage sous la forme de %. La principale application est en agriculture et permet de connaître l’humectation du feuillage, rosées, faibles précipitations non mesurées par un pluviomètre.
