Erläuterungen zur Kombinierten Nomenklatur (KN) Zu dieser Position gehören alle Arten von Uhrarmbändern zur Befestigung aller Arten von Uhren am Handgelenk (siehe auch die Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System zu Position 9113). Dazu gehören Armbänder für: ¾ Uhren und sogenannte Smartwatches der Positionen 9101 und 9102 und ¾ sogenannte Smartwatches der Position 8517 (einschließlich Armbänder, die mit besonderen Adaptern oder urheberrechtlich geschützten Vorrichtungen zur Befestigung einer bestimmten Smartwatch versehen sind). Die Einreihung auf Ebene der Unterposition erfolgt nach der stofflichen Beschaffenheit. Armbänder, die aus verschiedenen Stoffen bestehen, werden nach dem Stoff eingereiht, der ihnen ihren wesentlichen Charakter im Sinne der Allgemeinen Vorschrift 3 b) verleiht.

Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Zu dieser Position gehören Uhrarmbänder aller Art, d. h. alle Vorrichtungen zum Befestigen von Uhren am Handgelenk. Uhrarmbänder können aus beliebigen Stoffen bestehen, z. B. aus unedlen Metallen, Edelmetallen, Leder, Kunststoff oder Spinnstoffen. Sie können auch einen eindeutigen Ziercharakter aufweisen. Ihre Einreihung wird dadurch nicht beeinflusst. Zu dieser Position gehören auch erkennbare Teile von Uhrarmbändern aus beliebigen Stoffen. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören: a) andere Befestigungsvorrichtungen (Halsketten, Anhängebänder, Uhrketten, Ringe, Broschen usw.), die nach ihrer eigenen Beschaffenheit eingereiht werden. b) Spangen und Schnallen aus Edelmetallen oder Edelmetallplattierungen (Pos. 7115) sowie aus unedlen Metallen (Pos. 8308). …
