Antragstellerin), die im Inneren mit einer farbigen Flüssigkeit auf Wasserbasis (lt. Antragstellerin) befüllt sind. Die Farbkugeln (sog. Paintball) haben einen Durchmesser von etwa 17,2 mm (Kaliber .68) oder 12,7 mm (Kaliber .50) und sind zu 500 oder 1000 Stück in Kunststoffbeuteln verpackt, von denen wiederum zwei oder vier Stück in einem Karton verpackt sind. Die Geschosse werden in mit Gasdruck angetriebenen, als paintballmarkierer bezeichneten Waffen verschossen. Abbildungen siehe Anlagen. Derartige Waren gehören als "Geschosse, andere als die der Unterpositionen 9306 21 bis 9306 90 10" zur Unterposition 9306 90 90 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur.
