Erläuterungen zum Harmonisierten System (HS) Zu dieser Position gehören Bleche, Bänder und Folien, die durch die Anmerkung 9 d) zu Abschnitt XV definiert werden. Die Erzeugnisse entsprechen den in den Erläuterungen zu den Pos. 7409 und 7410 beschriebenen Erzeugnissen aus Kupfer. Bleche und Bänder aus Nickel können zum Plattieren von Eisen und Stahl (durch Schweißen, Walzen usw.) und zum Bau von Apparaten, insbesondere für die chemische Industrie, verwendet werden. Nicht zu dieser Position gehören Streckbleche oder -bänder (Pos. 7508).
Zu Unterposition 7506 10: Laminat aus zwei äußeren Lagen aus Nickelfolie und einer inneren Lage aus einer Mischung aus nichtleitenden Polymeren (Polyolefin, Fluorkunststoffen usw.) und leitendem Ruß bestehend. Jede der äußeren Lagen ist 0,025 mm und die innere Lage 0,3 mm dick. Als 30 x 40 cm große Bleche gestellt, wird das Erzeugnis nach Zuschnitt als erneuerbare Sicherung zum Schutz von Batterien, Telefonen und Elektromotoren von weniger als 60 Volt gegen Überspannung oder überhöhte Temperatur verwendet. Anwendung der Allgemeinen Vorschrift 3 b).
